Chokehold Management

The founder, Angela Linhardt, started Chokehold Management out of a passion for martial arts and self-defense. She has been training since she was six years old, eventually reaching the rank of First Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. She currently trains BJJ at Renzo Gracie Academy in New York City and Muay Thai under Kru Kaensak in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey.

For the last four years, she has worked with different gyms to develop or improve workflows to improve client attraction and retention.
